Front Office Assistant- Ortho practice
Wiry Smiles is looking for an awesome Front Office Assistant for immediate hire. Dental front office experience is desired, but we will train the right candidate. This position is 32-36 hours per week.
Fast Growing multi-location orthodontic practice with locations in Mooresville, Salisbury and Charlotte! Looking for an experienced Front Desk team member who is friendly, capable of multi-tasking, a team player, and reliable. Bi-lingual is a must! This position will require you to travel between locations as needed.
Job Duties:
- Greeting the patients in a friendly manner
- Checking in patients, which includes updating any necessary paperwork
- Answering the phone
- Setting up New Patient appointments
- Calling to confirm appointments
- Calling patients who missed appointments
- Checking out patients, which includes collecting the patient portion of the visit and giving future appointments.
- Translation for clinical & patients
- Other duties as assigned to assist team
Ideal Candidate:
- An associate's degree or higher
- Aptitude and desire to learn
- 1 year experience in a medical or dental office
- Familiarity with NCTracks and Dolphin Operating System
- Computer skills
