What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sterilization Tech position at Smile Starters?
This is an entry level position and would be ideal for a DA I looking to get experience in a dental office. Our dental team is looking for a dependable, quick learner who takes pride in their work and can work at a fast pace.
Job Duties:
- Clean and sterilize dental instruments
- Set up trays for both hygiene and operative treatment
- Run spore tests on a weekly basis
- Monthly inspection of fire extinguishers and lights
- Laundry to include lab coats and patient towels - multiple times a day
- Monitor and stock patient restrooms
- Help assistants, hygienists and doctors in any task possible
- Other duties as assigned to assist team

Requirements:
- CPR Certified
- Experience in a dental office preferred
