About the Role:
You’re not just setting appointments—you’re changing lives. As our 3on6 Patient Conversion Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for people exploring a life-changing dental procedure. Your mission: turn interest into action by guiding qualified leads toward consultations with confidence, speed, and clarity.
This is a high-impact sales support role focused on warm leads, high-value cases, and big results.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly, professional voice on the 3on6 phone line, text platform (GHL), email inbox, and social media DMs
- Pre-qualify patients—make sure they’re a fit clinically and financially before they ever sit down for a consult
- Stage the “perfect consult” by ensuring patients have seen our videos, submitted medical history, and sent their pano and photos
- Confirm, reschedule, and reclaim missed appointments like a boss
- Follow up with hot leads and keep the sales funnel moving forward
- Track every prospect like a pro: hot, warm, active, archived, reclaimed
- Leverage existing happy patients to generate fresh referrals
- Create and use top-tier sales tools—before/after booklets, doctor intros, and email templates that convert
- Keep your pulse on KPIs and report weekly: leads, shows/no-shows, funnel health, and source success
