APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
You will be the right hand person to our dynamic CEO. Attention to Detail Is a Must, I rely heavily on my assistant to ensure that no details are missed. Meticulousness is by far the most important characteristic. If you are not extremely organized and don't execute on tasks well, no need to apply.
- Trustworthy, energetic, positive attitude, go-getter mentality and loves children
-Work experience as a personal assistant or a similar role
-Strong time management skills, Efficient in completing task, able to multitask, and prioritize
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-Outstanding organizational skills, ability to create orderly systems
- Proficient with GoogleSuites, Word and Excel, and applicable business softwares
- Must have a car and a computer
- Must live in the Southbay area
-Must be flexible in regards to duties as you can be working out of the business or home
- college degree preferred
GENERAL TASKS:
Entrepreneurial tasks
Projects research and management
Schedule/ appointment management
Weekly meetings around tasks
Business and Personal Finance mgmt
Housekeeping
Travel Arrangements
Running Personal Errands
Shopping /meal prep
Place orders for business and personal inventory
Manage email/marketing/social media campaigns
Create presentations, spreadsheets, and marketing materials
