We are looking for a Dental Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The Office Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office, help to improve company procedures, along with day-to-day operations. Our mission is to provide the highest quality dental care to our communities in a family like environment, while providing an ultimate patient experience.
The Key Responsibilities of a Smilepoint Office Manager are:
- Sales - Present Treatment Plans, discuss Insurances and finances, and close the cases effectively ensuring high case acceptance.
- Schedule - Build a productive Patient Schedule for Providers by making at least 20 daily outbound calls to patients.
- Patient Experience - Provide a welcoming, interactive, and an outstanding patient experience, in person and over the phone.
- Team - Lead team members by example ensuring that they are trained, motivated and are operating at 100% efficiency.
- Targets - Achieve Production Targets by effectively managing Patient Schedules and maximizing team productivity.
- Operations - Run the office smoothly in accordance with Smilepoint Processes and Policies.
