Position Overview:
We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team at our Riverwalk location. As a key member of our front office team, you will present and sell treatment plans, help patients understand their options, and ensure a smooth financial and scheduling process. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and sales skills to provide a seamless and positive experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present & Sell Treatment Plans: Clearly explain recommended treatments, costs, and payment options to patients.
- Financial Coordination: Assist with insurance verification, financing options, and payment plans.
- Patient Scheduling: Manage treatment appointments and follow-up visits to ensure timely care.
- Customer Service: Build relationships with patients, address concerns, and ensure a top-notch experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years in dental or healthcare treatment coordination, sales, or a related role preferred.
