Assist with bookings of various watersport activities within panama city beach at one of 5 busy booking booths.
We are seeking a motivated and organized Booking Agent to join our dynamic team . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules, managing bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients as well as encouraging on site sign up.
Duties
- Manage incoming booking requests and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide knowledge of activities to guest.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide information regarding services offered, scheduling options, and any changes or updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns or questions promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Commute:
- Panama City Beach, FL 32407 (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Panama City Beach, FL 32407: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
