Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, and help to ensure patients receive quality care. Must be able to work on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 8:30 - 5pm. Xray certification a must or be willing to obtain it asap.
Duties:
- Prepare patients for dental work
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating needs
- Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral healthcare
- Take dental X-rays
