Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently to optimize office workflow.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to information.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to office management, including correspondence and record keeping.
- Provide support to dental or medical staff as needed, including patient check-in/check-out processes.
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Knowledge of insurance filing for patients

- Office to office coordination with anesthesia labs, IT, and accounting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
