What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator for Dental Specialty Practice position at Smiles of Austin?

We are in search of an experienced, full time Marketing Coordinator for our thriving orthodontic and pediatric dental practice with locations in Central Austin and Dripping Springs and we think it might be you!
The ideal candidate has a marketing background (college degree is a huge bonus!), a creative and task-oriented mindset, a self-starter and some experience in a dental office setting.
This position would require in-person work Monday - Thursday, splitting time between our Austin and Dripping Springs locations, and could include some remote work as needed.
Marketing Duties Include:
Developing and carrying out all aspects of marketing a dental practice
Innovative, frequent social media posts and content boosting
Website updates and management
Managing online reviews
Creating Ads
Working with local companies and schools on sponsorship opportunities
Tracking referral sources and creating marketing plan for increased engagement
Delivering goodies to referral sources
Creating patient in-office contests
Creating and overseeing print materials
Planning and working local marketing events
Employee contests, celebrations and team building
Tracking and managing statistics
Excellent computer skills (spreadsheets, photo editing, etc.)
Admin Duties Include:
Managing calendars for both offices
Misc. tasks to assist front desk when needed
