We are seeking an experienced and professional Lead Bilingual Dental Scheduler (English/Spanish) to oversee a team of 7-10 schedulers in our centralized scheduling hub. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and support a team of schedulers to optimize appointment management.
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and providers.
- Manage scheduling conflicts, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.
- Work closely with dental office managers to maintain an organized and efficient scheduling system.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach to leadership and patient service.
Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Fluent in English & Spanish – Strong communication skills are a must.
✔ Scheduling Experience – Previous experience in a dental, medical, or high-volume scheduling role is preferred.
✔ Leadership Skills – Experience managing or leading a team in a scheduling or administrative capacity.
✔ Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
