HIRING PROCESS
We‘ll start with screening applications. If it looks like there‘s a fit, we will have a 15-30 minute introductory call, which may lead to a live (virtual), 1-hour collaborative exercise, with no pre-work. If that meets our criteria, we‘ll then go on to a 45-60 minute interview with the hiring manager, followed by 60-minute interviews with the team, possibly in pairs (2 of us, 1 of you). If that goes well, we‘ll present an offer.
