Position Overview:
The Clinical Research Subject Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and screening potential participants for clinical trials. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping advance medical research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit eligible participants for clinical studies.
- Identify and connect with potential candidates via online platforms, community outreach, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess participant eligibility according to study protocols.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of outreach and recruitment activities.
- Build strong relationships with community organizations and healthcare providers to expand recruitment networks.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and study coordinators to ensure smooth participant onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, clinical research, healthcare, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines is a plus.
