- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, covering all materials, labor, and manpower.
- Review project plans and specifications to develop a clear understanding of the scope and requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with management, superintendents, and project managers to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- 7-20 years of commercial estimating experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency with takeoff software such as BlueBeam, OnScreen, and Planswift.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word, and Excel.
