Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring work is progressing according to schedule and plans.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all site personnel.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
