Title: Head of Cloud & On-Prem Infrastructure
Salary: $180,000 – 195,000 Bonus
Location: Norwalk, CT
With direct collaboration with the CIO, you’ll have the opportunity to implement cutting-edge solutions, mentor a global team, and ensure seamless operations across our enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in Azure Cloud and on-prem infrastructure management.
- Oversee the configuration, administration, and support of Azure services including App Service Environments, Function Apps, and API Management.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure operations.
- Develop and manage DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.
- Build and maintain application security frameworks and disaster recovery plans.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the infrastructure team.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading cloud and on-prem infrastructure teams.
- Deep expertise in Azure Cloud Infrastructure and serverless computing.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and O365.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
- Ability to develop and implement security best practices and disaster recovery protocols.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator or Windows Certifications are a plus.
