Title: Manufacturing Plant Controller
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000 Bonus
Location - Fulton, NY
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly general ledger close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP.
- Oversee the preparation of complex accounting journal entries, collaborating with various departments to collect necessary data for the month-end close.
- Manage capital projects, collaborating with the business to develop projects, secure approvals, and track capital expenditures.
- Develop and analyze key financial metrics (KPIs), interpreting statistical information for monthly reports.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory costs, ensuring the correct valuation of inventory and Work in Progress (WIP).
- Manage all business capital projects including working with the business to develop the capital project, obtain approvals, and monitor capital spend.
- Analyze, compile, and distribute routine and ad hoc financial reports to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance.
- 3 years of experience (CPA preferred)
- A forward thinker who wants to continue to advance in their career.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365
