Title : VP Recruiter / Sr Recruiter / Recruiter / Associate (Healthcare / Finance / Construction)
Location : Stamford, CT (6 Months On-site / Hybrid - 2 days in office)
Potential Compensation : $36,000 - $52,000 Commissions / Bonus

Strong account management and people skills are critical to one’s success. Previous recruitment and / or sales experience is helpful but not needed.
What training / mentoring is available to me? In addition to a formal training program and three month follow up training, you will receive one on one daily training and QA sessions. You will have access to and be joining a team of highly trained account managers / recruiters who have experience in their respective fields that can also be consulted for advice.
