What are the responsibilities and job description for the Luxury New Development Sales Concierge position at Smith & Associates Real Estate - Developer...?
The Sales Concierge’s primary role is to ensure a welcoming and luxurious experience to the on site sales team and clients who visit the Sales Gallery. The ideal candidate is already located in this area and will have a short commute to the Sales Gallery daily. The Sales Concierge will support the Developer Services Team, Sales Team, and Developer to ensure the following work is completed on site and behind the scenes. The Development Admin may be required to perform any of the responsibilities below.
- Greeting all clients who enter the Sales Gallery with a welcoming smile and attitude of service. Offering them beverages and assisting in the sign in process until a Sales Agent is able to meet with them.
- Routing calls and people to the appropriate individuals based on client/agent/staff needs.
- Notify Associates of incoming packages and paperwork. Distribute as necessary.
- Order all office, bathroom, and kitchen supplies. Keep common areas such as the lobby, kitchen, bathroom in order (dispose of trash, keep tidy/organized) and stocked with supplies. All areas should always be pristine as it is a Luxury sales office.
- Ensure the conference rooms and open workspaces are kept in pristine condition.
- Maintain a shared Google calendar of scheduled appointments and events.
- Schedule maintenance and cleaning service of office equipment as needed.
- Management and support over the multi-function printers within the assigned location. Keep multi-function printers filled with Paper/Toner, call for repairs and order supplies as necessary. Assist staff on use of equipment.
- Master office opening and closing procedures such as technology operations, placement of any exterior signs, and turning on all necessary lights, TV’s and music.
- Update and print pricing handouts and retain on Google Drive for team use.
- Assist with coordinate supplies, food and refreshments for Broker Open Houses and on-site events.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
