Internships are Monday through Friday for 40 hours a week. The intern will work on the development of learning content for adult learners of multiple languages.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior L&D Management and Learning Experience Design (LXD) to support development and deployment of end-to-end learning experiences for employees of different functions across the globe
- Revise, rewrite, and refine learning experience design process and project documentation based on feedback from the LXD team and senior L&D management
- Collaborate across L&D department to execute administrative processes associated with implementing new learning delivery architecture
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, preferably working toward a Master’s
- 3-5 years of related experience, preferably with adult learners in a corporate environment
- Experience in developing learning curricula for adults and multilingual learners, especially for eLearning corporate environments and maintaining learning repositories and content management systems
- Knowledge of instructional design models, standards and workflows
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organization skills
- Language proficiency in English, Chinese and additional languages are helpful
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe and learning management systems
- Graphic design skills are encouraged but not required
