- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with management & colleagues.
- Must be able to use a pallet jack.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Candidates must join the Teamsters Local 117 for this position.
- This is a safety sensitive position. We do preemployment drug testing, including THC.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities in cold conditions (36 degree F Cooler or Freezer).
- Pick home delivery orders
- Load trucks at Federal Way warehouse
- Load/Unload Trailers
- Assist with all warehouse tasks as directed by foreman and/or Manager
- Adheres to company policies, procedures, and business ethics
- Work cooperatively with management & colleagues
- Maintain a clean and neat work area
- Secure all equipment when not in use
- Check for quality of products being picked and or loaded
Compensation: From $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
