Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment construction and the ability to operate sewing machines effectively. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes, contributing to the fabrication of high-quality products.
Duties
- Possess desire and ambition to work safely and efficiently and report all work hazards immediately.
- Ability to sew pieces according to style and fabrics/leather.
- Use sewing machine to sew cushion casing, inside and outside backs, pillows, and armcaps.
- Understand match fabric and how to sew it.
- Identify pieces and placement on furniture.
- Understand quality standards and correct mistakes when they are identified.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sewing preferred
- Attention to detail
- Maintain good attendance
- Team orientation and willingness to work with others
