Title: Senior Litigation Associate / Litigation Attorney (On-Site)
Salary: $120,000-170,000 Base, Annually depending on experience
Location: Yonkers, NY

We are offering the opportunity for a Litigation Attorney at a close-knit law firm to sit in the Yonkers, NY or Garden City, NY office. This position is for a Senior Litigation Associate looking to continue their career in litigation. Job Responsibilities To Include:
- Support the firm’s real estate, commercial litigation, and condominium & cooperative practices
- Make court appearances and respond to discovery demands
- Draft pleadings and conduct legal research
Requirements:
- 8 years of litigation experience outside of personal injury and immigration law
- Familiarity with CPLR, FRCP, e-filing, e-discovery and State and Federal court rules (mandatory)
- Experience with NYSCEF, table of authorities, and preparing documents for service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb legal research skills
- Must have a car and able to drive to the office and court appearances
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working at the DA’s office
