Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Duties

• Operate box trucks or courier vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring that all items are secured for transport.
• Follow designated routes for deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients and recipients.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• CDL not required but preferred.
• Experience in route driving or as a delivery driver is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
