JOB TITLE: Career Services Assistant
STATUS: Work Study - Maximum 20 hours per week
TYPE: On Campus
PURPOSE: The FWS will be assigned to the Career Services Director/Coordinator to assist with clerical duties.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES:
- Must meet the financial needs criteria
- Must have strong English reading, writing and computer skills
- Must be proficient in filing, organizational skills, and data entry
- Must have a caring and professional demeanor
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Maintain 3.0 GPA or higher
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with data entry
- Assist with filing
- Special projects
- May support other departments as needed
