JOB TITLE : Site Development Specialist
STATUS : Full-Time
TYPE : Remote
REPORTS TO : Regional Clinical Partnership Manager
PURPOSE
The Site Development Specialist serves as a member of the healthcare partnership team, contributing to the overall success and growth of Smith Chason College. This role is key in expanding the College’s network of clinical sites and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with healthcare organizations. The Site Development Specialist focuses on identifying and acquiring clinical sites for externships such as hospitals, clinics, physician groups and other healthcare-related entities. The Site Development Specialist collaborates with internal teams to execute strategic plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (sonography / imaging)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with high-level industry supervisors and management teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Skilled in working independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritizing effectively
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving goals
- Possesses high ethical standards and an honest, open, and consistent approach to working with peers, employees, and staff
