Position: Industrial Maintenance Team Member
Location: Sterrett Plant – 7445 Hwy. 51. Sterrett, AL. 35147
Shift: 1st – Monday-Friday - 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
. Keep our plant running by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial
machinery
. Perform preventive maintenance on machines, forklifts, and facilities.
. Work with hands on power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
. Use your welding and electrical experience to solve issues.
. Stay on top of safety regulations and keep your workplace clean and
organized.
. Work independently while also being a great team player.
What We’re Looking For:
. Prior maintenance experience (but we’ll train you in anything new).
. Strong work ethic, reliability, and common sense.
. Ability to lift 25-75 lbs. and stay on your feet throughout the day.
. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
. Must provide your own toolbox and basic tools.
Someone who is always on time – punctuality matters!
. Must pass a drug screen.
