Position: Industrial Paint Sprayer
Location: Sterrett Plant – 7445 HWY 51 Sterrett, AL 35147
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Paint Sprayer to join our team in Sterrett, Alabama. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to our products, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our company's standards.
Industrial Paint Sprayer Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Apply paint using spray equipment, ensuring even coverage and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain and clean painting equipment, including spray guns and booths.
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary touch-ups or adjustments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Industrial Paint Sprayer Requirements:
- Ability to lift to 100 lbs intermittently.
- Respirator fit test required.
- Mechanically inclined with a good understanding of machinery and tools.
- Experience with Graco paint spray equipment is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
