Position: Industrial Maintenance Team Member
Location: Sterrett Plant – 7445 HWY 51 Sterrett, AL 35147
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
- Keep our plant running by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines, forklifts, and facilities.
- Work with hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
- Use your welding and electrical experience to solve issues.
- Stay on top of safety regulations and keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Work independently while also being a great team player.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior maintenance experience (but we’ll train you on anything new).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and common sense.
- Ability to lift 25-75 lbs. and stay on your feet throughout the day.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must provide your own toolbox and basic hand tools.
- Someone who’s always on time—punctuality matters!
- Must pass a drug screen.
