The Receptionist performs general office and clerical duties for the District Attorney office.

- Maintain a multi-line switchboard
- Greet and help the general public over the phone and the public who comes in and out of the office on a daily basis.
- Copying, filing, shredding, scanning, data entry, file mark/date stamping, mail sorting, cleaning, and making coffee.
- You must be able to work well under pressure, follow directions, and be helpful to others.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the main focus being on Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Must be dependable, punctual, organized, reliable, detail oriented, self-motivated and a team player.
- Must be able to maintain a courteous and professional attitude with the public and co-workers, both in person and over the phone.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- The Receptionist must be physically able to lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
- Daily sitting, standing, walking, stooping, bending, pulling, reaching and lifting of items.
Salary : $32,885 - $36,587
