RN PM Supervisor Job Description:
FULL TIME POSITION, EVERY OTHER WEEKEND. The Registered Nurse PM Supervisor is a strong leader who serves as a resource for the nursing staff, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal resident care. Supports nurses in clinical assessments and documentation of services rendered. RN ( Registered Nurse) PM Supervisor assists with scheduling and ensures adequate staffing coverage. Acts as family liaison.
Shift is 2:30 to 10:30pm.

Requirements:
- Must have RN license in good standing in Illinois
- 4-5 years leadership experience in the nursing field
- Long term care experience preferred
- BSN preferred
- Must possess excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills
- Strong computer skills are essential
