Responsibilities
The Role:
As an Inside Sales Professional, youll play a key role in growing our Personal Lines and Life & Health business. Youll handle warm leads, identify account rounding opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients needs.
- Lead Conversion: Manage inbound Personal Lines leads and convert prospects into policyholders.
- Cross-Sell Opportunities: Round out accounts by identifying coverage gaps and offering additional products.
- Life & Health Sales: Proactively introduce and sell Life and Health insurance solutions to both new and existing clients.
- Client Relationships: Build rapport and trust through consultative, solution-oriented conversations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the service and producer teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
Who Were Looking For:
- A self-starter with a strong sales and growth mindset and a desire to win.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willing to obtain quickly).
- Proven experience in insurance or a similar consultative sales environment.
- Organized, coachable, and goal-oriented.
