Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Service: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate assistance with their insurance needs.
- Manage Policy Inquiries: Make changes, and updates promptly and efficiently.
- Adept at Problem Solving: Resolve client concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Great Relationship Building Skills: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Requirements
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with personal lines insurance policies and coverages is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle policy information and documentation.
