Smith Dental Care is hiring for Front Desk at our Anderson location. We are a dental practice with soon-to-be 6 clinical office locations, open 7 days a week. Our full-time employees enjoy a schedule of 3 days per week, 12 hour shifts with 4 days off. One weekend day required.

Duties you will learn to do:
- Collecting payments
- Scheduling follow-up appointments
- Conduct reminder calls to patients
- Various other front desk duties
- Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment.
- Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms and exit paperwork.
- Assist patient with financial arrangements.
- Coordinate patient referrals
- Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment when needed.
- Work with clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow, providing communication and information to the appropriate individuals.
- Maintain dental supplies and inventory; stock supplies in operatories, restrooms, lab, etc. As needed.
- Direct where the Assistants, Dentists, and Hygienists need to go next to help maintain flow of the office.
