Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the business while ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Drive sales performance by actively engaging with customers and promoting products, particularly in wireless sales.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management through effective inventory control practices.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills in sales management, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff members.
Skills
- Proven experience in wireless sales or a related field is preferred.
