Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
- Manage and support crews, ensuring efficiency and a productive work environment.
- Coordinate scheduling, client communication, and material orders while serving as the main point of contact.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain organized job sites.
- Identify and resolve issues, track production metrics, and implement improvements.
Requirements

- Project Planning & Scheduling – Proficient in using CRM, ERP, and spreadsheet software to organize and manage project timelines.
- Risk Management – Experienced in identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions.
