Job Description:
As a Warranty Field Manager, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You will oversee warranty-related activities for approximately 150 homes per year, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of all warranty work. You will act as the liaison between our customers and trade contractors, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage warranty requests, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate and oversee trade contractors to ensure they arrive on time and complete work efficiently to meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and upon completion, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Maintain open communication with homeowners throughout the warranty process, setting clear expectations and timelines.
- Secure customer sign-offs on completed warranty work, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
- Address and resolve any disputes or concerns that arise during the warranty period.
- Maintain records and documentation of all warranty activities and communications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field, with a focus on customer service and quality assurance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
