The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the President, and other senior staff members. Marketing/Social Media background preferred.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the executive and other assigned leadership staff.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives and senior staff members.
- Ensures preparations are made for meetings, including preparation of documents, reserving meeting space, preparing reports, and ordering/organizing food delivery.
- Schedules and attends meetings. Including accurately capturing meeting notes and creates accurate meeting summaries that document decisions, events, and communication.
- Receives incoming communication on behalf of President, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records/licenses, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Prepare gifts, charitable donations and promotional items as directed by executives and senior staff.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

- Ability to create visual descriptions of findings and present them to staff at varying levels in the organization.

- Excellent organizational skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least four years of related experience required.
