The Seasonal Garden Center Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that all plants are displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable table placement. This includes checking product in, setup, layout and modular guide execution, as well as the stocking, fronting, facing, rotating and culling of the product.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in retail merchandising or garden centers. You should also have a passion for gardening and enjoy working outdoors. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others are essential.
