Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all plants are displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable table placement.
- Check product in, setup, layout and modular guide execution.
- Stock, front, face, rotate and cull product.
- Assign stores as primary responsibility for servicing and supporting.
- Ability to push/pull racks, lift and carry trays of product (5-40 lbs.)
- Work in adverse weather conditions.
- Own a smartphone for time-clock purposes with autofocusing camera and working data plan.
- Flexible schedule with full-time or part-time hours (16-40 hours a week).
- Discounted plants with 40% discount reimbursement on Smith Garden plant purchases.
- Work outdoors in a garden-like setting.
- Experience in retail merchandising or garden centers.
- Passion for gardening.
- Enjoyment of working outdoors.
- Enthusiasm and energy.
- Customer service focus.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others.

Salary : $17 - $19
