Smith Gardens is hiring Seasonal Merchandisers!
At Smith Gardens, our business is growing: Growing annuals and perennials, growing our relationships with partners, growing our love of gardening, and growing our team’s passion and expertise in horticulture—all for the benefit of the consumers who love to garden.
We are hiring to fill seasonal merchandising positions to work 16-40 hours a week in your local area big-box retail garden centers (hours may vary depending on store sales and ship volume).
- Do you have experience in retail merchandising or garden centers?
- Do you have a passion for gardening?

- Do you enjoy staging floral displays?
- Are you Enthusiastic & Energetic?
- Customer Service Focused?
- Do you have good communication skills?

- Do you have reliable transportation?
Ability to push/pull racks of product around garden center, lift and carry trays (10-20 lbs) of product off racks and work in adverse weather conditions is required.
Applicant must own a smartphone for the time-clock purposes (iPhone or Android only) with autofocusing camera and working data plan to qualify for this position.
