What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Account Advisor-Aarons position at Smith Group?
Basic Function :
Assisting the Customer Accounts Department in lease agreement renewal.
Reporting :
Reports directly to the Customer Accounts Manager
Primary Responsibilities :
- The acquisition and maintenance of customers
- Direct immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s)
- Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
- Clean and certify merchandise in the Certification Zone for all items personally returned
- Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily
- Document all customer promises and update customer information in the store computer system
- Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed by GM
- Perform the responsibilities of the Customer Accounts Manager when directed
- Other tasks assigned by management
- Safely operates company vehicle
- Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
- Maintain updated customer information
Position Requires :
Pre-employment :
Satisfactory MVR (driving record0, D.O.T. physical and drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing.
Dress Code :
Male – Aaron's approved logo shirt and khaki type work pants and Aaron's nametag. No denim pants allowed. Leather shoes with socks that are appropriate for business casual dress; in good repair, clean and polished.
Female – Aaron's approved logo shirt with slacks, capris, or pants and Aaron's nametag. Dress or skirt required if not in Aaron's apparel. Sandals with a heel are permitted; no beach style flip-flops or flat soled thong sandals.
