Title: Quantitative Research Director
Location: Chicago, IL (hybrid - 3 days in office)
Compensation: $140-175k bonus

One of our favorite clients, an innovative consultancy dedicated to bespoke, custom primary research techniques is looking for a new Research Director. This person would have 2 direct reports, leading client relationships and managing projects within the quantitative research space.
This position is a seller-doer so you need to feel comfortable going after new business, and maintaining client relationships.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading client engagements and managing relationships
- Mentoring junior level staff
- Design and deliver custom research projects
- Crafting research proposals, developing methods and overseeing projects
- Apply analytical methods to uncover narratives
- Striving to meet and exceed revenue goals, building business with both new and existing client relationships
What makes you qualified:
- Minimum 6 years experience in custom, primary research within a research company
- Proven experience leading a team
- Proven experience within quantitative, primary research methods
- Experience managing large-scale, complex projects from start to finish in terms of time, budget, and client satisfaction
- Proven experience building new business with both existing and new clients
- Ability to be in office, in Chicago, 2-3 days per week
Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
