Senior Manager, Data Science / Omni Channel Analytics - PHARMA

Location : Greater Chicago (relocation provided)

My client, a PREMIER GLOBAL BioPharma Company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science / Omni Channel Analytics - PHARMA Professional!

Responsibilities :

Lead Data Science Omnichannel analytic engagements supporting specific PHARMA brands
Work with stakeholders to build AI / ML products to solve business problems
Measure the impact of cross-channel campaigns
Build high performance algorithms, prototypes, predictive models and proof of concepts
Mentor high-performing data scientists within the team

Requirements :

MA degree (desired) and 6 years of quantitative methods supporting multivariate statistics, predictive modeling, etc., within the PHARMA / BIOTECH space

Must be able to build and deploy ML models to optimize customer experience (CX) and omnichannel engagements

Expertise in setting up A / B testing, cohort studies, and matched case-control studies

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical analytic methodologies is desired

Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills

Programming experience with Python, R, and experience with ML libraries working in large datasets

4 years of experience with AWS RedShift, Snowflake, Spark, etc.

Understanding of tagging, Google Analytics, CRM, and the Digital Marketing Ecosystem
