My client, a Global BioPharma Company, is seeking a " Senior Manager, Sales Force Analytics-PHARMA " Superstar!
Responsibilities :
- Provide analyses including sales force sizing, alignment, call planning and targeting
- Provide assessment of Sales Reps by tracking key metrics (sales, call data etc.);
- Able to identify opportunities for improving salesforce internally and informing solutions to drive field impact
- Predict and communicate downstream impact on sales operations (Incentive Compensation, Alignment operations, reporting, etc.) from targeting and alignment changes.
- Capture, manipulate, interpret and share large amounts of data from multiple and diverse sources.
Requirements :
Salary : $155,000 - $170,000
