Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated tax interns to support our tax team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This position is full-time, running from January-April.
During your internship, you should expect to:
Prepare tax returns for various entities and thoroughly address review points given.
Participate in internal training, as appropriate.
Begin to develop an understanding of standard Schedule M-1 adjustments.
Begin to understand and employ the concept of self-review.
Develop basic research skills.
Identify tax issues and be able to discuss them effectively with colleagues.
Utilize research databases effectively and work with standard tax and firm software applications.
