SMITH & JAMES Fine Men's Clothing is seeking a Master Tailor/Seamstress for our busy Greenville location. This is an in-house job opportunity. Qualified candidate will be responsible for altering, repairing, or modifying garments for customers based on their specifications, needs, and preferences within established time-frame. Requirements:
- Prior experience as a tailor/seamstress is required.
- Ability to sew a wide range of garments.
- Possess specialty skills such as: fine tailoring, buttonholes, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of different sewing equipment.
- Ability to work well in a team oriented environment that requires a degree of multi-tasking with limited supervision and be able to take direction well.
- Attention to detail and be precise in your work.
- A thorough knowledge of fabrics and design.
