Estate Planning Opportunities

We are seeking a part-time estate planning attorney to join our team in Altoona, Iowa. As an experienced estate planning professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and develop your skills in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources
  • Draft and implement estate plans, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Manage estate and probate administration, including court appearances and communication with beneficiaries
