• Assist in all phases of business litigation, including legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Support and participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel tailored to client business objectives.
• Participate in courtroom proceedings, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys, partners, and legal staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia or eligible for admission.
• Strong legal writing and research skills with the ability to craft persuasive arguments.
• A confident negotiator who is comfortable handling disputes and advocating for clients.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal and factual issues.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Eager to learn and develop litigation skills with mentorship and training.
