Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate and comprehensive project documentation from inception to completion.
- Prepare preliminary take-offs and estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
- Review and verify jobsite documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee daily project progress, including status monitoring, audits, and work-in-progress assessments.
- Coordinate and assist cross-functional departments as needed to support project success.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between Project Managers, field personnel, and external trade partners.
- Maintain and update the submittal register to ensure documentation is current and accessible.
- Process, record, and distribute submittals efficiently.
- Provide timely updates on submittal schedules and project timelines.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with commercial construction projects is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred but not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to draft routine reports and professional correspondence.
- Analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess challenges, gather relevant data, and develop solutions that drive project success.
- Ability to meet established goals while maintaining high standards of accuracy and thoroughness.
